With My Cardinals Tickets, you can easily manage, view, renew and transfer your RED Access Membership and Individual Game Tickets from a secure and convenient location on springfieldcardinals.com. Using My Cardinals Tickets you can browse your purchased tickets, forward tickets and recall tickets.

Viewing Tickets - Find your seats, take action, or present for entry

1. Log in to My Cardinals Tickets

The email you receive after purchasing your ticket(s) will include a CLICK HERE link to your My Cardinals Tickets Account. If you have not previously logged in, you will have to enter your email address and choose a password. It is important that you use the same email address from which you received the confirmation email.

At the login screen, enter the email address matching the email where your confirmation was delivered and your password and click LOGIN first, to verify that an account does not already exist. If an account matching that email does not exist, you will enter a password and click SIGN UP. If an account already exists and you do not remember your password, click the Reset Password link.


2. Select an event

Once you have gained access to your account, you will see your upcoming events listed on the right. Click VIEW ALL TICKET INVENTORY and choose the Month at the top to see all events within that month.

Click on a game in your account and click on the ticket indicating the Section, Row & Seat. You will see an image of your ticket including the barcode. The arrow in the bottom right of the ticket will present more information relating to Terms and Conditions.


3. View/display ticket details.

My Cardinals Tickets displays your ticket details. When arriving at Hammons Field, show the barcode images for your digital tickets at the entrance gate. No need to print your tickets or wait in line at the Box Office.

Exchanging tickets -- RED Access Members can easily exchange their tickets online up to 24 hours before first pitch

After logging in to your My Cardinals Tickets account, access your tickets by clicking or tapping the BLUE “View All Ticket Inventory” button.

Now, choose the game you would like to trade out of by clicking that game in your list.

Then, click/tap “Ticket Actions” at the bottom of your screen and select EXCHANGE.

You will then see a list of all the exchange eligible tickets in your account.

PLEASE NOTE: If the tickets in your account are not RED Access Membership tickets, they will not be eligible for exchange and will not appear on the exchange screen.

Select the ticket(s) you want to exchange by clicking the check box next to each ticket. Then Click/Tap CONTINUE.

Next, you will see the “Tickets Selected to Exchange” screen. Review the tickets you have selected to be absolutely sure they’re the tickets you want to exchange.

Then Click/Tap FIND ELIGIBLE EVENTS

You will now see the “Events List." Click/Tap the new game for which you’d like to exchange your tickets.

Click the Section for your new tickets and the seating options available for that particular game/section will appear on the right.

PLEASE NOTE: Your seat quantity options are dependent on the exchange options available for the game you’re exchanging INTO. For example, if you are exchanging two tickets for an event that requires you to exchange the same quantity, you will only be able to select two new seats to complete this exchange. Each game must be exchanged independently.

When selecting a section you may see multiple options for that section. Each of these options contain set seating pods (i.e. 1 seat, 2 seats, 3 seats, etc.) and you must select the pod size that matches the pod size you are exchanging. After selecting the seat pod size for a section, click Add To Cart.

Upgrades: You may upgrade your seats when exchanging, and your total at checkout will reflect the price difference between your previous and new seats. You will pay the balance due at checkout.

Once you’ve selected your new seats, checkout like normal and pay for any fees or upgrade charges, and you’re all set! Your new tickets will show in your TICKET INVENTORY for you to open and be scanned at the new game.

Forwarding tickets – Forwarding tickets to friends or family is easy using My Cardinals Tickets

First, login to My Cardinals Tickets and click on a ticket within your My Ticket Inventory. Then, click TICKET ACTIONS at the bottom under the ticket image and choose FORWARD.

Upon choosing to Forward a ticket, you will have the option to choose a Friend already listed or Add Friend to your list. To Add Friend, click the ADD FRIEND link and enter the name and email address and Create a Friend.

Select "Forward Tickets" to complete the process or Select "Add More Tickets" to include additional tickets.

You will receive a message indicating that you have successfully forwarded your tickets along with an email. You do have the option to recall tickets at any time unless tickets are listed for resale or resold.

Recalling tickets - If you mistakenly used the forward action to share a ticket or tickets, use the recall option

From the homepage of your My Cardinals Ticket Account, select View All Ticket Inventory and select the event you wish to Recall. The ticket will indicate where you had originally forwarded the ticket.

Click RECALL found at the bottom of the screen and check the box next to the tickets you wish to Recall and click Continue.

You will have the opportunity to review your selection(s). When you click Recall Tickets these tickets will be recalled. If you want to add more tickets to this transaction click Add More Tickets to choose another event and more tickets.

You should receive a message and an email telling you your tickets have been recalled.

Which events and tickets are displayed in My Cardinals Tickets?

When viewing your inventory in My Cardinals Tickets, the Events page displays current and future events with “active” tickets. Tickets that have been returned, exchanged, resold, or donated are not considered active and are not displayed.

If you have forwarded tickets to a friend, the tickets remain visible in your account, but can no longer be used for entry. If the tickets included a barcode, the barcode is no longer displayed for your account as the tickets are no longer active on your account.

If your active tickets are not displayed, or a barcode-scannable ticket does not display a barcode at the ticket details page, please go to the box office or customer service desk for assistance.

What is ticket forwarding?

My Cardinals Tickets provides an easy way for you to digitally share one or more tickets with someone else.

The forward action moves a ticket from your inventory list into that of the recipient. The recipient can then use the ticket to enter the event.

How will my friend know that I shared tickets?

Both you (the sender) and the 'friend' (recipient) receive an email confirming the forward action.

The email to your friend includes links for logging into My Cardinals Tickets. Your friend can send you a “Thank You” email or return the ticket(s) to you if they are unable to use them.

How do I add a friend?

Upon choosing to Forward a ticket inside your My Cardinals Tickets account, you will have the option to choose a Friend already listed or Add Friend to your list. To Add Friend, click the ADD FRIEND link and enter the name and email address and Create a Friend. You can add and select friends in My Cardinals Tickets from a mobile or desktop device.

What if I made a mistake when I shared a ticket?

If you mistakenly used the forward action to share a ticket or tickets, use the recall option in My Cardinals Tickets. Recalling a ticket restores the ticket to your inventory and re-enables the barcode on any ticket that was previously printed. Both you and your friend receive an email confirming the recalled ticket(s).

What if my "Friend" can’t go?

Sometimes your friend can’t make the game. Don’t worry – you still have options.

Log in to My Cardinals Tickets.

Option 1: Your friend sends a forwarded ticket back to you.

The recipient opens their confirmation email and selects the link to return the ticket to the sender.

The ticket is returned to you.

The ticket is once again available to you in your My Cardinals Tickets Inventory.

Option 2: You can Recall the ticket.

  1. Log in to your My Cardinals Tickets account.
  2. Select View All Ticket Inventory and select the event you wish to Recall.
  3. Click RECALL found at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Check the box next to the tickets you wish to Recall
  5. Click Continue.
  6. Select RECALL.
  7. The ticket(s) you shared are once again available to you in your My Cardinals Tickets Inventory. The recipient can no longer use the ticket(s).
